Try the vehicle in an open area, such as a park. Occasionally there may be some interference when the vehicle is around other electronics. If your vehicle has a re-chargeable battery, please make sure the battery has been charged for the entire charging time. Please refer to the directions for the charging time for your vehicle. Ensure the batteries are installed in the proper direction and secure. Try replacing the vehicle and remote with new name brand batteries (try a different new set). If the vehicle has 3 channels, make sure the remote and the vehicle are on the same channel. Inspect the battery pack and charger for visible damage or defects (provide pictures). Test the battery pack and charger with a volt meter if you have access.
